Rachel Ellison has 16 years' experience working in the broadcast and telecommunications industry, including 9 years as a BBC news correspondent and international project director. She created and led award winning teams in competitive global markets. Rachel is an experienced live presenter. She broadcast to radio and television audiences of 185m people in 120 different countries.
Her areas of specialist expertise as a mentor include: international environments, working cross-culturally, thought leadership, presence & impact, working with women leaders and developing client's capacity to self-coach in crisis.

Rachel was awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) for 'the promotion of human rights and the empowerment of women in Afghanistan'. Her team won BBC Team of the Year, citing Rachel's coaching-style of leadership, as a key to its success.
Rachel has an MA in Mastery in Professional Executive Coaching, from i-coach academy and Middlesex University, London, UK (2009). The course is accredited by the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council). She also has a BSc (Hons) Psychology from the University of Birmingham, UK (1992).
Trained in Solution Focus BRIEF Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Psychoanalytic Systems Coaching, Existential Coaching and Clean Language Coaching. Originally qualified as an internal coach with the BBC's ICF & EMCC accredited, award winning Coach Foundation Course. Ashridge Business School accreditation assessor said: 'Rachel has created a standard for others to aspire to'.
